This fall has been so beautiful and warm, we really got an extension on our summer, it's been great! I was able to meet some wonderful families and capture some great moments in the waning summerlike months.
Here are some of my favorites from my late fall mini sessions. Enjoy!
After another three months, this little princess just keeps growing! Well, isn't that what they do, and usually just too darned fast?! Not only is little Aria growing to be a stunner just like her parents, she's rolling around, sitting up, giggling, eating solids, the full gamut of a typical six month old sweetie.
The fall light is so beautiful in Colorado, and golden hour is any photog's favorite time of day. With this family, it really symbolizes the glow of parenthood and their happiness - it's been a privilege to follow them on their journey so far and I can't wait to see how much she's grown in another three months!
Milestone photography is the perfect way to capture each growth stage of your little one. That first year flies by and they change so much, you'll treasure these images for a lifetime! Contact me to set up your milestone package today!
Mini sessions can be so much fun and SO easy for my clients to check one more thing off the to-do list for the holiday season- family photos and/or holiday cards. I think the best part of minis are that they are short and sweet and the kiddos stay happier for longer. I just have to highlight this adorable family. Their little girl was just precious and stayed so good for the length of the session. Plus you can't get a much better location than Hudson Gardens in Littleton!

Let me start off by saying That this post is a little personal. The sweet boy you'll see is my four year old that decided Mommy wasn't allowed to partake in baking day with grandma. I was honestly bummed. I had only planned on photographing him picking apples from her backyard and enjoying baking the rest of the morning- well clearly, he had other plans. That being said, I took the opportunity to document this special time between a boy and his grandma. The divine smells of cinnamon and then chocolate made the morning perfect and to be able to sample warm homemade apple sauce and a family recipe buttermilk brownies was just an added bonus. YUM! So I was okay being a bystander this time.
This also reminded me of how much fun a day-in-the-life session can be. Just seeing your family candidly, raw, emotionally connected is a wonderful sight to behold. Enjoy this glimpse into a perfect morning at grandma's house.
