I've known Brandi for, gosh, 16 years or so and I just adore this girl. We've always connected on a different level than others and I'm beyond excited to share her session with you! Brandi already has three beautiful, unique boys and after suffering two devastating losses, she is now expecting her 4th, a baby girl - Joyce. First of all, how adorable is the name Joyce? I just love it.
Brandi is pretty much the definition of super mom. Not only does she care for her home, support her hubby and home school all three boys, but she does so gracefully even in the late stages of pregnancy. I've always admired her outlook, especially when times get tough.
But enough about that, this is Brandi's Rainbow Baby and in case you haven't heard the term, it derives from a couple different quotes: "After every storm, there's a rainbow" (and variations of the sort) "Somewhere over the rainbow, Skies are blue, And the dreams that you dare to dream really do come true" -Somewhere Over the Rainbow, Judy Garland. The Rainbow is a ray of hope for the family which has weathered the storm of miscarriage loss.
Brandi and her hubby are more classic rock fans, so here is our rainbow baby quote:
Ready to book your session? Awesome, I'm excited! I'd love to meet you and chat about your family over some coffee. We can bond over the ups and downs of parenthood, you're definitely not alone there! Stay connected with me for special events, offers and more!
About the Author: I'm Melanie Lynn, I love storytelling through photos and making new friends with my clients. I'm a mommy to two adorable boys and couldn't imagine life without them. My hubby is my biggest fan and supporter- just incredible! I enjoy making people laugh, playing with my kiddos, reading all sorts of novels and scrap-booking. I'm a foodie - I love trying new food (or new coffee shops!) and I love making new foods. I believe in preserving memories through photographs, for generations to come. I love to dream of what my great grandparents were like in their 20's raising my grandfather in southern Indiana. The photos I take of my children are a living memory for their children and their grandchildren. Babies change so much, I love to capture their changes in a time capsule, since the first year is such a change for the whole family!
